Having been around since 1994, our recognized experts offer the best solutions, quality, value and cost parameters. Our exceptionally skilled BIM staff is capable of creating 2D and 3D designs, incorporating these into more complex and technically smaller mechanical spaces, as well as being able to effectively coordinate MEP materials into restricted spaces.

Jomar team members circumvent deficiencies for project completion by identifying critical design components and potential pitfalls. By serving in a consulting capacity on projects where budget constraints or speed to market issues can be factors of concern, using focused scheduling, cost estimating and detailed analysis, our customers receive cost and time saved without sacrificing quality or scope.

Clear and accurate construction documents and the latest in AutoCad software create functional and correct construction drawings which are reviewed, approved through our own engineering department, and then submitted to the local authority for approval. Having “in-house” availability eliminates third party drafting and allows drawings with detailed lay-out to assist field staff with equipment installations. Regularly we are requested to use customer supplied title blocks so the printed documents can be included into master set. Stand-alone design documents if required are available also.
